Suggested use

In clinical studies, the effective dose range is 125 mg to 500 mg a day, which is one to four capsules a day. We recommend starting with 125 mg, or one capsule a day. If benefits are not achieved after a month, you can increase your daily dosage up to four capsules a day, or as recommended by your health care provider.
